Customer retention

By optimising website performance both from a user, design and technical perspective, I’m able to enhance user experiences to foster loyalty and engagement, ensuring seamless interactions. This has included working with exit intent and re-targeting campaigns.

Lead and sale generation

My background in performance marketing has enabled me to design simple landing pages and large, complex journeys, with intuitive user interfaces and engaging experiences that guide users through the sales funnel, driving conversions and generating leads for your business.

Increasing return on ad spend

I have worked across all marketing disciplines, from SEO and social, to PPC and email. By understanding these disciplines and the traffic quality, I am able to optimise and streamline conversion paths, maximising the effectiveness of advertising efforts, resulting in a higher return on ad spend and increased ROI.

Launching new products

I leverage user research, iterative design processes and regular testing to create compelling product experiences that resonate with target audiences, facilitating successful product launches and adoption. I have found research and continuous testing are the most powerful tool for a launch.

Increase customer self-serve

While working at EDF, I have empowered users to easily and quickly find answers and complete tasks independently. This reduced the support overhead and enhanced user satisfaction, which was measured throughout this project, with great results.

Increase customer satisfaction

By prioritising user needs and preferences in my design approach, I create delightful experiences that exceed expectations and leave a lasting positive impression on users, ultimately driving higher levels of satisfaction. This was particularly identified in my Heat Pump project.

Create brand identity

Through cohesive visual design and consistent brand messaging, I craft digital experiences that reflect and reinforce brand identity, helping to establish brand recognition and loyalty among users.

Content structure

Using tree testing and card sorting, alongside user interviews and data, I organise content in a logical and user-prioritised manner, ensuring easy navigation and comprehension for users, resulting in improved engagement, retention of information, and ultimately, conversions.

Decreasing journey drop-offs

By identifying pain points and friction in user journeys through analytics, heat maps and GA funnels, I then work to implement strategic design solutions to smooth out the user experience and reduce drop-offs, ultimately improving conversion rates and overall journey success.

My background lies in art, design and performance marketing including conversion rate optimisation. My passion for data and creativity has led to a natural progression into creating intuitive UX/UI designs.
